The Makadi Heights master plan near Hurghada is not one product: Orascom Development planned villa streets and apartment stacks on the same Red Sea hill. Choosing well is about how you will use the home, not only the brochure photograph.

Choose a villa or twin villa (Aden, Siyal, or mixed streets such as Ledge) if you want a garden, more bedrooms, and neighbours at house scale.
